If your stay has been booked through our website or reservations team with an arrival date from the 1st of May till the end of October 2020, we are making the following options available to you:

• You can alter the dates of your stay, for a time frame within 2020 or 2021 without additional fees, apart from a possible rate difference according to the period
• We will accept your cancellation, without any additional fees, even up to three (3) days before arrival
• Take an Open Date Voucher valid for 18 months ahead, without any cancelation fees and equal to the total deposit paid for your booking, which you will have the chance to offset with your future reservation cost. In case you do not redeem your voucher within 18 months from the issue date, the entire amount will be returned to you at that time.
• We would like to let you know that, faced with the unprecedented turn of events, the Greek state, as well as other EU countries, recently passed a law that allows businesses in the travel industry to issue such a voucher instead of extending an immediate refund.
• We assure you that we will show you the same flexibility and respect, honoring your booking at any time over the next 18 months.
• To make a booking with us within the summer of 2020:
• We look to offer maximum flexibility to our guests, to ensure that their stay with us is just as carefree as it is enjoyable:
• Those who wish to book now may pay upon arrival, and have the option of cancelling or changing their reservation at no cost up to 3 days before their arrival. Changes are subject to availability and rate differences.
